SP+ and boss going to fire me.

Let me start with this, the manager (we'll call him Fred), his late 18 year old son died last month of a heroin overdose.
So Fred and me (we'll call me Bubba) the other day got into it about pre-trip inspections, they demand you start your pti
3 minutes after you punch in (SP+ uses Stromberg time clock/ also ADP payroll fyi).
So, we also use Zonar system for pti, and counting load and post-ti)
But Zonar time is later from up 9 minutes I have documented on drive-cam.
so I was put in retraining yesterday, and sure enough the training instructor started pti 1 minute late, (SP+ has no issue wasting time, paper to write you up for 1 minute).

Back to the beginning, So 2 days ago Fred makes a random drug test on me, (he says random, it's FOR CAUSE), Guess I passed not fired yet/ no phone calls from Advantage Medical Testing.
I think Fred is a head case, perhaps a paranoid, whatever else (we all agree he's a pathological liar).

SP+ has (their opinion) policy of not paying my 3 weeks vacation if you quit that year,
So I'm burning all paid leave, 10 call-off-sicks, might toss in a(n) OJI.



BUT, you can punch in 5 minutes early (you won't get paid, same deal when you go home 6 mintes late? TS).

 

The deal is, they're firing me for a couple minutes, ( took the long way to the drug testing site and got paid /hourly payroll).

it's their $75.00 for the drug test, not mine.
