Class Action Law Suit in the works!!!!

You ain't kidding! I swear, I feel like throwing my computer down the stairs sometimes! I really like PHP, but ASP.NET is so limited, it drives me nuts. I mean there are some good things to it...but, man it can get you STUCK!

 

You ever thought of putting a live chat feature on here? I dunno what kind of server headaches that would cause, probably too much.

 

What about Schneider? They are doing the same thing!! I am being sued for the Schneider Training Academy 4,000 but I am going to counter sue for the harrasment they caused my family in collecting a debt that was a total lie in the first place. I was only suppose to go to their academy for driving then go to Maverick to drive a flat bed carrying glass because they sold the glass division to Maverick in August. They made me drive a box truck stay with Schneider fleet and be unhappy with their decision so I quit after 3 months no money and got tired of looking for trailers they said where there but was not, and home time what is that??? They would keep you out there forever if they had their way. So what I am going to do is tell my story to the media and open a can of worms they never wanted open it is about time we stand up to these companies like you are and tell our story I am sure there are more of you out there who feel the same way or have been screwed by the trucking industry one way or the other. I hope that Date Line or 20/20 picks up on my story because I am upset on how they can destroy families and lives.

 

Open your money box and give Schneider that 4,000, as I already know you're going to lose this case. You know it, too. You signed the agreement, and even worked for them for a little while. This is the problem, really. You didn't back out immediately and stuck with it in an attempt to make it work. The defense will make it look like you chose to quit on your own accord, not because somebody violated some contract somewhere.

Sigh. Another one chalking up an expensive lesson to Hard Knocks University.

Go ahead and pay them before they trash your credit record, unless it's already trashed. If that's the case, then screw 'em.

 

It is funny you say that but in reality their is such an influx of people into these companies that are fresh and desperate for work.

The company I work for has about 100-150 new recruits a week working them into the ground and lying to them to get in the door.
The training companies weed out the ones that work out and the ones that don't. I f you can survive a training company you can survive on the road............

I can prove that werner tamperd with my screening process and violated my civil rights. I currently serve as a member of the U.S. Merchant Marines i produced a sample prior to my last discharge on 02/08 and on 03/08 prior to T.D School. Those results were negitive. Went to werner got into an argument with safty because they lost or missplaced my speciman and provided them with another and you guessed right it was positive not only that but the nurse admitted that it was her fault because the wrong ssn was on the coc form. I went to swift less then 1 week later and that result was negitive. Did i get the job #ell no not after werner dac me. I also produced a sample for a local company 4 days ago and it to was negitive. UHHHHHH Yeaaaa now what were you saying about
a law suit Mr. chief..??.

 

Never go to trucking school with a carrier they own you. Always use a private school . They want to let you sit in the bronxs for days what are you gonna do about it . Your under contract good luck with that

 

Some of the stuff listed is illegal some just a bad idea that you can't be forced into. How does the company force you to drive illegal equipment down any highway? Any competent lawyer will bat that one out of the park. I also didn't see any "human rights violations" mentioned. Can you put any up?

 

I assume your an adult if you have a CDL. If so then the contract you signed to go to their school and then pay it off by driving for them is a legal contract. It is not SNI's fault if you did not read it before signing it. It may have been a sucky contract and you shouldn't have done it but that was your choice. Why should any company in any field not just trucking train you for a job, put their money into that training just to see you leave and go somewhere else before that money is made back? You should have sucked it up and stayed until the loan was paid back or got a private loan and paid it off so you could leave.
