it's not that i am gulable if i could get a load then i would not all of us are rich or have good credit and we would like to owen our own truck but it is people like David Freymiller that will screw you. i am glad that you think that we are stupied but we are not we just try to get what we want any way we can that is legal.
74dred and 1pissedoffdriver Thank this. -
if your not rich and don"t have good credit you have no business trying to purchase a truck.
that is one of the reasons the economy in this country is in such bad shape to many people trying to buy stuff they cant afford whether it be a house or a car or truck and then can"t make the payments.
trucking companeys are for truck drivers to pull loads. trucking companeys should not be used as truck dealerahips.Coolbreeze100, mitmaks, TST65 and 12 others Thank this. -

Screw that it's not like that at all it's because of people like you always trying to be the only one to do anything we our in this because no one knows how to keep out of other people's business alway's trying to talke what the other has i own my own home and the land as well i do not have any payments to make on it it's not that i could not make the payment's it was that david did not want to lose the money that he would make on the truck selling it again and again and agian

Just look at the Freymiller track record. How many times has he sold/leased trucks to drivers and then filed bankruptcy and closed the doors leaving the drivers to hold the bag? And thenafter being out of the spotlight for awhile and everyone has forgotten start up again like nothings wrong and do the same thing to another batch of drivers.
He has been doing the same thing for 15 years that I can remember. When I was at Monfort and they "sold out" in '96/'97 Freymiller had just started up again doing it again and has been over and over. He has to prey on the new driver genoration that doesn't know better or remember his name.
Boards like this are an excellant source of information if you want to know something about someones co. and the way they run their ops. BUT you have to listen to the older drivers and then weight out the responses. Remember, DON'T ASK IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR THE ANSWER !!!TST65 and double yellow Thank this. -
Wanna point fingers and blame? Certainly a boatload of the blame should befall the irresponsible lenders. After all, these people wouldn't/couldn't default on credit/loans if stupid lenders wouldn't allow them to over-extend themselves in the first place...Last edited: Feb 15, 2009
Ooops, TST65 and Gearjammin' Penguin Thank this. -
The first truck I ever owned and I do mean own I got from David Freymiller through Freymiller Lease Purchase Program. I chose to purchase an older truck that I had been driving while waiting to get into the program. A few months into the lease it needed at $13,000.00 engine and David had it put in. Maybe a year later while visiting New Orleans for Mother's Day I broke my wrist while leaving to go pick up my next load. It was 7 months before I could drive again. The truck sit in front my mother's home the entire time. All truck payments were suspended and not one time did anyone tell me they were going to send another driver to pick it up. So I guess it just depends on who you ask about Freymiller.
Arkansas Thanks this. -
