Navajo Express, Inc. - Denver, Co.

Hubby runs for them right now we are looking for another company but its not an easy job.
Its hard to be without medical for 90 days.
But we need to make move away from this company ASAP.
The pay per mile is horrible , the down time has been horrible.
I know a few drivers have said freight is kind of slow but then I have heard some say its not.
You would think that a refer company would keep their drivers running, people have to eat.
But the dispatcher hubby has is a total ditz!
She does not give a rats ##### if her drivers have to sit X amount of hours waiting for them to load the trailer. As long as she has them under a load thats all that matters to this ditz.
If you want to make money DO NOT run for Navajo(Navhell) you will be sorry!
Ok I am off my soap box for now.

That is not unusual for a dispacher, but this time of year everyone should be loaded and rolling...

The dispatcher hubby had before she looked out for her driver if the load planner gave him a load with too much down time she would pull him off it. And usually if they gave him a load going way out to the east coast when he was suppose to be headed home she would get him to relay it with somebody else.
But this pencil pusher doesn't give a crap, she told hubby when he first got in her board she NEVER had a driver sit more then 6-8 hours empty or waiting at a dock......boy did she ever lie. I think she meant she never had a driver sit less then that waiting for a load.
Ok I will be nice now.
Maybe

Talking Re: NAVAJO

Hubby finally left Navajo THANK GOD!
He is with a decent local company now!
And no longer has to put up with their crap.
If ya'll know anybody who is thinking about going to Navajo DO NOT DO IT!
They don't pay you for layover pay, they say they are not forced dispatch but they will play that old song and dance this is all we have in this area.......yeah right.
And one of the dispatchers cries if you go thru the house under a load or if you don't leave out RIGHT when she says.
But when you go over her head you find out its her who has the problems not the big shots.
For some strange reason she has a problem with drivers going home.
I guess since she is unhappy she wants to spread her unhappiness with others.
It was kind of funny because whenever we told people hubby ran for Navajo they would say "I'm sorry"!
So unless you have no other choice please don't sink so low and run for this company!

Re: NAVAJO

We have a house full of dogs, 8 dogs to be exact!
1 Keeshond female (8yrs old) Keeshond has been fixed!

1 Beagle Male (5 yrs old) Beagle has been fixed

1 Border collie/chow mix(4 yrs old) Border collie is fixed!

2 Shih Tzu male and female (1 -2 yrs old each) We breed these two but only if we have approved families in advance with down payment !

1 Beagle/shih tzu mix he is a site and bad to the bone! ( 9 months old)!

1 Golden retriever(2 yrs old) he was suppose to be a dog for my oldest son but oldest son did not like him sleeping in his bed so he became a mama's boy he does not want me out of his site, he carries his teddy bear in his mouth and when he lays down to go to sleep he will like his teddy bear then suck on it while he sleeps. We have actually taped him doing this, its a site.

1 Min Pin 1 1/2 yrs old she was a foster that I kept they pound was going to put her to sleep cause she had mange the kind that is not contagious but that didn't matter they didn't want to take the time to care for her so I took her in. She looks beautiful now and we have had her fixed !

Then we have two rag doll cats!
and one orange cat who is my oldest son's cat he is 9 yrs old!
We have a house full !
And I am suppose to be fostering Lhasa Apso after she recovers from surgery!
But I will only have her for a couple weeks.
If I had the room I would have a few more to foster but where we are not we don't have the room.
Hopefully one of these days we can get a bigger house with about 10 acres and set up a rescue !

Re: NAVAJO

I know one thing about Navajo, has anyone every seen a Navajo women with blue eyes like they paint on thier trucks. It is creepy looking. PS orange is an ugly color on a truck bottom line you cant convince me otherwise.
