No more Roehl, turned truck in at Gary, back home today, busses suck, Roehl is getting worse, going local driving cement truck, more money, more home time, sounds familiar

exit 152 ta in Pennsylvania .this trip just gets worse and worse, nobody and I mean nobody seems to know what the hell is going on in the office.

 

So what I hear you saying is "nothing has gotten better since I left and the culture of fear that paralyzed the office is still in place!"

The culture of fear in Roehl's office rendered them impotent and unable to make decisions even though the right thing to do was often clear! The best, safest thing for them to do was to do nothing! As a result many cost-saving decisions that could've been made went undecided because people were afraid to do anything! If you don't make a decision, you can't be blamed.

 

There is a way ex Roehl driver at the Dodgeville Wal-Mart tonight.

 

I believe you may have hit the nail on the head,, all I can figure out is that nobody knows what the other person is doing nobody is passing on any information to other people
