So I did just a ton of research before ultimately choosing to go with Roehl last December. During my research, and a lot of it was on this TTR forum, I never heard anything about the referral program. I did receive some extra help from a few current TTR Members who are Roehl drivers, primarily via PM, and took it upon myself to notify the recruiter that I was referred by a driver. I'm not sure if that individual ever received their referral bonus, however, now that I am a driver I do know that it is important to make that reference when you first apply or if you subsequently apply.

There are plenty of fantastic Roehl drivers on this forum who take a few minutes out of their day to answer questions on the forum and answer PM's. If you are going to apply to Roehl and you have used the information they have provided on this forum please take a second to PM them if you want to give them the credit, and you should do this when you first apply. If you are serious about coming to Roehl and they know you referred them I would bet that they just might even give you some more advice via PM, etc..

One thing about the referral bonus is that it only pays after a new driver or new student driver successfully becomes employed and meets certain criteria including time and miles. This just means that the referral bonus only pays if you make it as a new driver. A referral bonus is not going to make a driver rich but it would be a nice thank you...and it costs the applicant absolutely nothing. If you don't refer someone when you apply, thats just a missed opportunity in my opinion.

you will need to PM them for their truck number and driver code as you can see on the pic of an actual referral card. referral card.jpg

gonna give this a bump up to the top. New info for my new truck is bolbr/#4094,. I'm hoping new people or applicants are reading this thread. I've talked to a few new people via PM and have done my best to get you some good info. Recently talked to a new applicant who talked to me for a while and i asked him did you use me as a reference.....lol he replies..oh..i was supposed to do that when I applied, i did mine online a few days ago...had no idea.

Well guys, this is one pay benefit that Roehl does offer and if it is not used it just goes to waste, but...like detention, etc..., you have to put it in on time the first time or you will not qualify for it.

If you wanna use someone else, send them a pm for their info before you submit your online or written application pls..

I've gotten a lot of good info from your pasts man, I just submitted all my paperwork to Roehl and they are looking at early December for my training in Marshfield. I will see if I can get you listed as my referring driver.

well. its not quite a tin cup randy. I do my best to answer PMS and even make some phone calls. truth is that if they don't make a refferal it just goes to waste...costs the prospect nothing. additionally it does not pay unless the applicant makes it at Roehl and drives for a certain period of time.

when I first applied I put a driver in for it. I received some good info and encouragement.

I will also say I don't do flats nor know much about 7/7...so if that's where any prospects are headed..give techno a pm.
