Just saw these were out on Team Roehl. Checked mine. Not sure if it's good... have no exp with percentile ranks, other than growth charts for the kids. It says mine is in the 9th. Is this good, or an average?

when I started my first few ranks were well below 30%
my FM said not to worry on it (I was FREAKING lol ) as the range between 100-0% in actual performance is rather "thin" we all do pretty well is what he was getting at...
last few ive been in the 60-70 range
don't sweat it -
Oh well, sigh

January was my first report as well, I'm currently in the 66% category. But I have a passport, which helps with points, and I have had nothing late. Also I'm on national can and stay out for 18 days at a time, so that may have something to do with it.

I have a passport, no service failures, and average during this mileage abysmal winter 1800-2000 a week. Thinking of going to get my TWIC card to.
I always thought, on account of hearing about percentiles with my kids, the lower the better. -
Are you can, reefer or flat bed? I've been averaging 10000/month or more (January report put me at just over 10000 total) I'm national van

Regional Van/--Special Favors Reefer & Intermodal... The second two only when Roehl needs me to do it. Officially Regional.
