Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some information on this fleet, can't seem to find any straight information on it. What is the pay rate for this fleet? How many miles does a driver average? With me living in Madison right off 94 how many times do you think I will see home during the week? What trucks are you driving in this fleet? Last, I am guessing you leave out Monday morning and come home Friday night/Sat. Morning?
Thanks all.

You'll probably have to talk to a recruiter. Not sure if we have any Dairyland drivers in here.

It is very limited from what I understand. I think it is a local thing to Marshfield. Call a recruiter and ask. I really know nothing about it and am just going off the few things I have heard.

Got an App in for that fleet. Looking forward to going back out, Just can't be out for 3 weeks at a time with my family. Tried that once and it didn't work.

Had a friend that was in that fleet. The equipment is pretty much the same as the other fleets, but mostly reefers as the main loads are cheese, frozen pizzas and butter. My friend said that he ran mostly the back roads and WI highways, didn't see very many truck stops so he complained that he didn't get to eat very regularly (that would be his own fault). I think if you hustle you could probably average 2k miles a week, and if you don't hustle, well that's on you. I would say call your recruiter and get the poop from them, they all seem to be straight shooters!

Well heard back from Roehl and spoke with Kim. Everything thing seems to be in order and got excepted into the Dairyland Fleet. Just a few questions about pay. They pay .26 cpm for dry and .28 cpm for Reefer. She said there is additional pay for Drop and hook and such things. Can someone tell me what all the extra pay is and how much. Really like the fact that I can stay close to home and be home every weekend. She stated that they try to average 1900-2100 miles.

Well DOT Physical is done. Now just have to go to the DMV to renew my temps and then wait for the call to set up a date for class. Just received word that Dairyland went up from .28 cpm to .31 cpm. I am stoked now as it will add about $100 to my paycheck.

Congrats...I was also looking into the Dairyland fleet but couldn't find info on it either so I decided to go with the Curtainside. Have the opportunity to be home most weeks. Have to keep us posted with more Dairyland info...sounds like its not to hard to switch divisions if the need arises. Kim told me that they are booked up until the end of May for classes...think she said something about June 9th for my class??

Any new feedback on the Dairyland route? I was told by the recruiter the starting pay is .29cpm for dry van .31 refer and average about 2-2500 miles weekly. I chose the Dairyland option, still havent seen much feedback from anyone else about it though.
