Roehl drivers - Let's talk pay

    So whats the pay like? If we get out cdl from a outside school and come to roehl, do we still have to go out with a Roehl trainer?

    whatever company you hire on with...will require some training period with a trainer. all a school does is treach you to pass the dmv test. alot of other stuff to learn regarding trucking

    true...but watkins shepard has theeeeee longest orientation at 10 days than any other company. so consider that as your training period.

    Actually says 14 day, now. I would rather spend 14 days sitting in a room, than 14 days in another mans truck honestly.

    The pay with Roehl just starting out is anywhere from 400-700 wkly. 700 for me was only one time, it was more around the 400-550 range

    Starting pay for me was anywhere from $400-$900 take home. The low weeks were only when I was home for part of the week.
