Please keep on updating your progress and all the information will be very handy for many who will be attending Roehl's orientation. I'm scheduled for orientation on January 26, 2015. Me and a classmate from our school are heading up on the 25th. Roehl is providing us with a rental car. :smt023

It is my main intention with doing this to maybe help those considering going to Roehl or those definitely locked with the idea to lets say have a feel of what you gonna go through...

Just make it to a year, it's all you have to do. The first couple weeks will be the hardest, you will be home sick. Don't get too upset when they send you outside of your region, at least that will mean you are getting miles. Don't take it out on them when they make you stay out a little longer than you should, they will give you extra time off in return. So, if you stay out for 9 days instead of 5-7 days, it will most likely give you 3 days off, instead of the normal 2.. They were fair to me, I just hated OTR.

Apart from being away from home, what did you hate about OTR?Dominick253 Thanks this. -
Got some really cold negative temps up here in the Marshfield area this next week. Hope you pack your arctic gear.
Dominick253 and Michelle Trull Thank this. -
I talked to Kim about attending the school since the Workplace Improvement Act [WIA] said that they couldn't assist with any funding for me.....
After I managed to get the permit, HazMat and all the other endorsements secured, they declined funding for classroom
It really bites that there are people that want into this industry but have so many barriers to climb, only to be kicked in the face by those they ask for help from..... sheesh.
I'm hoping I receive positive news soon...... Cant wait to hit the road -
