It's not the shop....it's the drivers.
I slip seat, and wind up putting my truck OOS just about every time. Because the previous driver was too #### lazy.

CRENGLAND did me great. the idea is to get 6 months in as a lease operator and then go deicated route. I am not sure now but when I was there I was on the account that ran from Colombus to Vrginia then to Arizona and with a teammate I avg. 7,000 per week. Do not become a trainer but bo a carreer adv. person. I know of some horror stories out of drivers and England but those same drivers have complained about every company they have worked for....check them out -
