Are u getting your employees discount on your bill? I think it's 17% on bill and 25% accessories

 

My wife does. ..we have a family plan

 

Any time u buy a accessory as long as it's not on sale we get 25%.

 

I've got it on good authority that by third quarter, OutOfRoute (OOR) will be history for both Performance and Bonus requirements.

It's been so difficult to even get an accurate accounting of the actual percentages that they are dropping the metric completely. MilesPerGallon (MPG) will/is becoming the hot topic of the day.

 

One of the top reasons for otr was to many drivers going out of route to stop by the house. Mpg going to b pia because if one week u get heavy load after heavy load mpg will suck.

 

I hope out of route goes away! That's the biggest thing that's killing me right now, and I use their routing most of the time (unless it's taking me down a restricted route).

 

I had to go out of route once just to find a place to park for the night.

 

That was what killed me up in the Northeast when they kept me up there pretty much the entire time I drove for SNI as a company driver, finding a place to park usually involved a bit of travel and time.
