Been using this for the past couple sets of bills I've sent in. I like it so far! No more worrying about running though a truckstop on the way home to get those bills scanned before the pay period is over. I hope they stick with it. Works pretty well with my cell phone, I scan them on m clipboard with my overhead lights on, kinda tricky to get the right angle with no shadow but I think I've got it down now.

Same boat. Takes a little practice but so far every thing is working. Even doing parking n scale tickets no issue. Been doing 2 weeks and haven't had a nasty gram from sni to rescan.

There's an option in the program to switch the camera it uses to your standard phone camera app. The moment I did this, the documents were MUCH easier to take photos of and have come out right. Alternatively, you can take photos with your phone camera and import them into the app directly. Either way, the built in camera in the app is, for some reason, way worse at taking photos than the actual built in camera app on your phone.

For the drivers using their personal devices and data plans to transmit load documents back to HQ, does Schneider offer any type of reimbursement?
One of the regional fleets we're working with wondered what policies needed to be implemented regarding personal device / data plan usage. Documents don't eat up too much data but a valid concern. -
Not for IC they don't reimburse.

Doubt they would ever reimburse. It's an option, not a requirement to use the phone app.
