    So, I stopped through Indy oc this afternoon to get the trl tracs upgrade for my Qualcomm. After fighting with service advisor and making several calls to Green Bay the shop finally agreed to do the install. Told me it would take about an hour or so. Ok, fine.....4 hrs later they tell me my trk is done. Ok, I leave out heading to Kansas. As I'm riding down the road I realize that I can't make it to my second booked load tomorrow before they close. So, I pull in here to Petro and call in and tell them what's going on. I get the second degree about why I didn't update sooner. Ok, I ask if it would have really made a difference if I had called an hr ago as opposed to right now?? Silence......"ok, I'll get with the planners and see what we can do." I respond, that will be wonderful. Thank you and have an awesome night!! Lol

    I'm not letting them touch jack **** on my truck with that power 2 trailer bullcrap until they shut off my load board access. Until then, GHOST TRUCKER DFO will continue on down the road with unknown trailers. WHAT TRAILER IS HE HAULING? WHAT'S INSIDE IT? WHY DID HE GRAB THAT EMPTY FROM ANOTHER LOCATION? WHY DID THAT TRAILER MAGICALLY APPEAR HERE AFTER WE SENT HIM ON 8 DEAD-END TRAILER SERACHES? As far as SNI is concerned, ITS A MYSTERY. WWWOooowooOOOoooOOoo *ghost noises*

    Lol. I put it off forever but started getting nasty grams from my ica. Figured it was time. Didn't know I was gonna have to call the head of the entire Schneider Maint system in Green Bay to get it done

    I talked to service adviser at charlotte about this power to trailer crap too, and what it involved. He said they have to go inside truck and tear it apart to install some wiring harness to the MCP200. One truck they installed it on had to go to dealer after the install to have his wiring fixed. NO THANK YOU. They aren't touching my truck!!!!

    I'm an IC. Mine already reads the trailer information into the Qualcomm. Is it supposed to do something else? I have a 2011 FL Cascadia.

    Yes, this will tell them what trailer you have hooked to truck before you tell them. From what I gathered from maintenance, they have to retro fit company trucks as well. 2014 trucks should have the mod done on company trucks.
