I am a trucker wannabe, I am planning on going to CDL school this summer (after I deal with some health issues) and am thinking about Scheider but need to know about their pet policy. Will I be able to take my dog (about 12 pounds and well trained) in the rtruck with me if I go with Schneifer?

    THanks

No animals allowed in company trucks. Sorry. I'd like to have my Pug with me...

I'm at Con-way and they allow pets. $300 non refundable deposit and a 1 cent deduction until you show your idle time is reasonable then you get it back. Wiley Sanders has a liberal pet policy too.

Ive had seen I/c drivers with Dogs. I dont see how they could tell you otherwise, it's your truck. That alone would make it worth being an I/c to me lol. I used to transport Dogs to new homes before I came back on the road. It would be wonderful to be able to do that again, but actually deliver them across the country or to at least a neighboring state
