thinking about coming back to schneider after 6 months away

    i've been away from trucking for about 6 months and i'm strongly considering coming back to them, i have to renew my med card this week. i have already filled out another application for over the road, i only had 2 months exp. but ready to come back, i had some fam. issues. does anyone have any advice? i will probably go back to dallas for my road and written test after about a week of sqt.

    No advice, just call and talk to a recruiter and make sure you and they understand about your experience and what expectations are.. Its the busy season so they should be looking to hire. We have ads all over, I would think Dallas is no different

    I worked for SNI for two years they might just make you take a road test since it's still less than a year since you been out. If your road test is good they most likely won't make you do the whole training over. I was out of Dallas myself. Kevin was my DBL. lol
