We have just the position you've been waiting for, your shiny orange tractor is fueled up and ready to head to the northeast.

Maybe I would be better leasing a piece of junk from them so I can brag to everyone I'm an Owner Op, even though I'm in a fleece deal.... hehehehehe

Cant give you accurate info on their fleece deal but once I find out first hand you'll be the next person to know! Just make sure I get your referral bonus

That's some funny stuff right there.

We're looking for drivers because we've got more freight than we can cover.

Ya cause you've got the rates to rock bottom in the industry, that explains your extra freight. And keep looking for driver's the smart one's ain't banging your door down... When your recruiting department has a waiting list give me a call maybe then I'll submit my resume

because what they pay is no longer worth living
on the road and putting up with the crap from all
angles on a everyday basis for 5 to 9 hundred
    bucks a week.

I got a flyer from Schneider, too. I thought maybe it was gonna tell me about their new, higher pay rates or something similar. No. It was just the same old stuff like in the magazine ads.

Start is around 30 CPM. Not a great wage when you can only run 62 and they watch your fuel like hawks. My brother drove a yr for them running Pa to the TX valley and never once got a fuel bonus. We know why they have orange trailers too! It's a good training company if you can stand pumpkin colored everything.

Companies that dont have good pay will always be looking for drivers... and they really dont care either. Its all about the dollar to them. Companies that pay well have a very small turnover. Look at Wal-Mart
