Hey everyone,
Anyone have any experience with the Amazon dedicated account? Pros/Cons? I'll be driving as a team, where they will match me up with another person. Additionally, if you drive team, will they find another new driver, or will the driver be experienced?
This will also be my first job after getting my CDL.
Thanks.

Most companies will find you a partner. Teaming can be a challenge if you don't have the right partner. Someone has to drive nights and most people can't handle it. My son and I team and we have had quite a few Amazon loads. They are always go, go, go type loads. 2000 miles in 32 hour type loads. The Amazon in Coppell Texas is horrible! The one in the Northwest and SoCal aren't too bad. Easy in and easy out.

When I worked for Con-Way truckload teaming with my buddy all the Amazon loads we did were awesome. 1500-2000 milers, with a nice fast delivery time. Most of their facilities are really spacious, and a lot of times you end up taking things from them to LTL companies, which are usually also spacious. I would personally love to be on an Amazon account.
