My company delivers to Bartash printing in west philly. This place is the worst Ive seen. There warehouse is on a narrow street in the ghetto of west philly. 500 feet from a low clearance. There is cars parked in the street. The dock is up a steep incline so you can break your clutch backing up. Also, they only have one box truck and driver there and the company allows this A hole ( because thats the attitude he gives to outside carriers) to park his truck in the way so you have to manuever around the mo- fo. The people that work there all look like convicts and they act like it too. In the winter time they make the drivers salt the driveway. Hearsay ( which im not doing that ###### ) the guy that owns the warehouse is breaking so many fire codes there is pallets everywhere. I hear on google that he is even rude to his customers. In order to back into this ###### hole you have to blindside off the narrow street and up the hill. There is only 2 docks so sometimes there are trucks parked out in street. Exiting the warehouse is just as difficult. Look this place up on google maps Bartash, grays ave, phila

It might be in a ghetto area, unless their website is fraudulent, it looks like a very up to date facility.

Looks like a nasty turn for backing considering the cars sticking out in the street and the p/u truck in the trailer backing area. I see what the driver means in regard to the low-clearance to the south of the dock. Looks like drivers have to make that crazy right which looks like it can be very harrowing if the vehicles parked across the street are sticking out in the street (which it looks like is the case in the satellite shot). I agree with the driver, the facility should at least have the common courtesy to move the p/u truck.

Naa man this is the ghetto for sure its not beverly hills its like brox type of ghetto..

Yea backing in there is a ##### if there is another truck in the dock next to you even more of a pain in the ### the junk yard across the street parks his stuff in the street then you have a school up the street so you have all the cars parked on the street. In addition to the hill which is the real topping on the cake. People have dropped clutches backing up im told. The deusch dont make it any easier matter of fact he lkkes to see the truckerz struggles to get in. He has his pallets all over the place and his only driver. Box truck nevermind you, parks his #### on the opposite side of the dock making it even harder no to hit anything. If you stop on the hill, your truck loses momentum.

I feel for ya' driver. Nightmare customers can be a pain in the rear while drivers have to remain the ever-loving diplomat at all times. Guys sounds like a real jerk-off. Good thing you took pics. I'd hang on to them. Next thing you know he will be contacting your company telling them you scratched or dinged one of his trucks. If he has any marks or dings on either of his trucks, I'd be taking pics of them now and storing them as insurance for the future. Make sure he sees you taking the pics and when he asks you why you're taking pics of his vehicles, smile and say ,,, "yea, and?"

Lmao yea i should have. I stopped a few times on the hillto make sure i was near his truck.which then you loose momentum and stall out putting it in reverse. But finally got it back there.. :)

Yea, that whole area isn't the greatest. Oh well, you're handling it like a professional.
