SRT is Full Of sugar honey ice tea. iwent through all of that. i did the miles as a solo driver, gave them a team player attiude but then they screwed me in the end. they don't have any commucation with there is employees. break down do not commuicate with dispatch and vice versa. roger buckley is an as#%$$ who believe that you don't do what he's says he will take your truck and say you had them to recover there truck. and all your personal belongings will be miss by the people who came to recover that vehicle. Since i had been there since sept 07 i seen that over half of the fleet had quit walked away from there trucks because of this per diem things. but all in all they think you don't have a life outside of trucking andif you let them they will use you and send you packing.

Always,Always,Always drive your personal vehicle when attending a new company orientation. It is better for your car to sit in a secure lot for months at a time and be there when you quit,Rather than not be there and be forced to do the bus ride of shame.

about SRT

you have to pay for ever thing even thing keys, $100 for a tire if some one says it hard less than 80psi and you droped weeks ago and was fine when you left it. and logs, pre pass you payfor as a company driver and if you dont then you dont have the ezpass for tolls and ever time you get a comceck to pay for some thing then you better get it over the amout becouse comdate charges combackto you card or you have to pay it to even though it was campany exp you have to pay the comdat chrges.so you better get read to run hard just to pay the expseness of working for this company.

If you make it the entire year. You can go online and pull up your Com-Data account, and get the charges for your tax deductions. I done that when I worked for them. SOB's love to pass those cost to the driver.

The tire charge sucks. For reasons you mentioned.

Good luck on the job search.
