Just pass on SRT

Well I signed onto this company last week, what a mistake.....the first 2 days of sitting around and mostly waiting on the "instructor" wasnt to bad. but the 3rd day they give you a piece of paper and say talk the the names listed on it and get them to sign off that you have spoken with them (has your dm, safety guy, ect ect) This was chaos, we didnt get a tour of the ground so we had no idea where to find the people listed on the page or what to do when we got there.....(had to look up the ext of the person listed and call them or you just sat there) well after this was done and you got cleared you got to move into your truck. i sat in the truck at the yard from wed around noon till 9pm on thursday night when i finally got a load (220miles). during the wait I send messages, called and went inside to talk with my DM but got no where, never sent a message back, phone went to a full voice mailbox and was to "busy" to speak with. I get a message with the load info on work flow and was told the trailer was in the yard to pick it up and go, but the most important pice of info was missing, THE TRAILER NUMBER....wtf. so again i call sit on hold, when someone picks up im told the load needs to be picked up to wait for a empty trailer to be sent to the qualcomm. so again waiting and waiting, got the trailer number and started my day errr i mean night it was a drop and hook tho so the 1900 pick up time was told didnt matter. I get unloaded and parked down the street from my house, send in my pta and head home to get the rest of my crap and get my 10.

Next day I get back to the truck and send DM a message letting him know 10 will be up in 2 hours and im ready to roll, I get the truck set up and lay down for a bit. Once my break was up still now getting any kind of response from my dm I send another message and start sending them every 2 hours till its time for him to go home, never heard anything from him all day and its friday he wont be back till monday. Calls also went to again a full voice mail box, the night DM was no better finally sat night I had enuff. what kind of company lets ppl sit like this? I cant pay bills off 220 miles in 3 1/2 - 4 days. Sat night I informed them I quit and needed to get something back to texarkana by this point I cleaned the truck out. waited and waited never heard anything. sunday morning im on my way back to the truck to see if anything has came thru or what was going on and I see the truck pulling off the lot it was parked in. So I follow untill he pulls in a TA 5 miles up the road and i ask wtf was going on, he tells me he has no idea that he was just told to come get it.

So now im sure they will say i abandoned the truck and blah blah, witch i will fight as i sent the messages thru the qualcomm but still.......are you freaking kidding me? wth is with this company, waas i starved out for some reason? I have clean MVR, CSA everythhing.......i dont understand.

 

I didnt know of anything that took place last summer.
