I started with SRT last Aug. from the 1st day the red flags were there.Sitting in their orientation they tell u SRT dont want ur $, but then begin to tell u of all the things u will be charged for.I was giving a $1500 sign on with SRT paid out $500 over 6 months but it isnt til the end of orientation u are told that if u dont stay for the whole 6 months u will be charged back for any of the bonus u recieved.Once i got my truck i sat for a couple of days til it came out of the shop i guess it was better than most of the guys in my group waiting for rides to go recovery trucks.I was hired on to run regional on my 2nd load relized it was a problem so i called my recruiter and informed her of the problem she transfered me to some1 named Micheal who she said was over the regional division he said he would fix it and get back to me didnt happen. So i was OTR trid to make the best of it for the most part i had a good DM. He looked out for me i assume cause i was never late wasnt always calling complaining just out there doing my job.Even when they went fron tripak to transflo and we werent getting paid for loads i still continued to do my job when others were quitting. The few times i was at the terminal i hear drivers complaining about miles and their $.I was fired on the 24th of Feb. i was over 2000 miles from home in a parking lot. Some of my belongings we still on the truck still havent received my last pay check they was threaten with abandonment on my DAC.If u decide to go this company be aware cause there are numerous complaints on this company from taking money from drivers putting abandonment on drivers that they fire. Now i see why so many of their new recruits have to go out and recover trucks and why they recruit so hard.So to newbies be wise in ur choice cause with a company like this ur career could be over b4 it starts. To others dont just talk to 1 SRT driver speak to several so to the BBB and the US dept of transportation and check complaints filed and base ur choice on that not just from drivers.
