you know, there is a Schneider Job search website - also, your DBL can introduce you to the the nearest Team DBL/Manager. Just remember when teaming,it's best after your partner starts driving to stay in the sleeper with your mouth shut all the way until you sign in on duty and your partner keeps the curtain open. Other than that, go with the dispatch, dont be chasing the miles.... Arguing will not increase your miles nor your pay, remind your partner that fighting and sending nasty grams will not increase your pay....then wait 3 months so you can average your pay. If it's averaging more than $39,000 or more than your target goal, then budget and cut your spending money from $100 to $25 less than the weekly take home average. East coast soloing pays better than teaming unless you getting along extremely well with your partner and your DBL. Good luck to ya'll, "may the rolls be with ya" !

Eric, did you find a co driver? I am solo making more than teams without the conflicts nor space constraints. I actually have a buddy who took a medical from Swift and wants to team with me, but I am doing enough solo that teaming is NOT attractive to me. I live in So. Cal with a family there and don't worry about money nor slow days.
