well that will be great if my mentor lived in the same city because I live in Orlando and I know it's a terminal in Ocala that's like a hour away not far at all from where I live

IMO, to gauge a company as good or bad depends on the individual's experience with said company. One could claim the company as bad due to a single experience while the rest of that individual's experiences may be good.

If you want the best possible experience with Swift, then develop a GOOD relationship with your DM. Prove to him/her you are dependable and ready to take a load no matter the miles. DO NOT turn down loads w/o a good, explainable reason. Turning down loads because they don't offer miles will get you nowhere, period. DO NOT #####, whine, moan at your DM because you are not getting the miles you want. They know this and work very hard to keep you moving. Keep your nose clean, avoid being late, and avoid getting preventables. We all know preventables happen, but do your best to avoid them at all costs.

If you are asking about swift. We run qualcomm. No paper logs unless the qualcomm takes a crap and then the paper is back up. Also if you were asking if I was teaming I dont. I dont think I would even train. Also I like being able go bring my son along in the summer

I am looking forward to rejoining Swift in the coming months. Getting a DOT exemption for my diabetes and getting a sleep study done before I apply. I want all my bases covered so all I have to do is walk in and start driving. I just hope after 2.5 years of not driving a commercial vehicle, I still remember how to drive one, lol. I am anticipating being rehired by November.

They run 8 speeds in company trucks. Uncertain about O/OP trucks.
