swift flatbed out of gary Indiana

Chino i am in Gary now for securement class, which starts Monday. I was hired as flatbed but went out with a van mentor due to being a non-smoker and not wanting to wait. I do not have a ton of info on flatbed yet but I share as I can. I have a thread on here that I am chronicling my journey in. Search swift flatbed and it will show up. I cannot link it using my iphone (technologically impaired lol). I will try to answer any question you have. So far everyone has been straightforward and I have not regretted my decision at all.

Swift has been one of the companies I have been observing as taker for a new driver. I got my cdl 1 year ago and did not use because I was called back to work as a heavy equipment operator before a entry level trucking firm was able to get at me. What are the pro's and con's of Swift? Of course all companies have the good, bad, and the ugly but some more than others.
