Greetings all. I have just finished my "team" driving 240 hours, passed the road test and was upgraded to solo driver, and then immediately turned in my resignation. I guess it was the mandatory 3+ months as an over-the-road driver at 26 cents a mile that made up my mind for me. I start Monday with a small family owned company hauling cocoa beans for a couple national chocolate companies. And I get a percentage of the gross. I am not going to say anything negative, just that OTR was not in my future plans....

You're complaining about 26 cents per mile as a rookie driver?? When you're done with the silver spoon in your mouth can you wash it and let me borrow it.
