I drive for swift thats why I put it in the swift sub fourm because I want other swift drivers input. Their is no way to hide my idle the qualcomm tells on me all the time. I feel yeah on running nights thats what I try to do I hate being up during the day. Same problem I am running into. I do deliver tell tuesday and I am 300 miles from my final. I really dont want to get canned from swift that is really bad but when its 90 out like right now in Teaxs and you have all the other trucks idling which creates more heat I just dont know what to do but idle. I have fans but that doesnt help. Us southern people like the heat but have to be cool to sleep.
tangerineGT Thanks this. -

I drive for swift as well . Well I am on the central side of that whole mess.
Sorry , I didnt realize it was in the swift section . Lol facepalm for me..
I have never received a message implying anything about getting "canned" for high idle percentage. -
Idle air ? Thats like 25 bucks for a 10 hr break. Lol
plus in the middle of the day when its 90's and humid a fan and open windows are not going to help. -
I open the windows pull the curtains off I cool it off first then open the windows. It is like a hot box after 20 or 30 minutes.

Message I get tells me I can't take my truck home for hometime w high idle percentage. I ignore the messages. Gotta live in this thing so if I ain't runnin and it's hot, truck runs. Windows open at a truckstop when I sleep? I don't think so, scooter.
