No beef on my end brother, Was curious and seen a new post, Kinda shocked how the pay structure works for experienced drivers. The experience teams get slaughtered. No agenda with swift or SNI. Just the team pay is disgusting, I'd think you would agree also.

Shaggy Thanks this.

There are higher paying gigs within swift. I have never worked on that pay scale. Right out of training I ran team dedicated getting paid more than a team with 5 years experience. So I guess you just have to learn how to play the game and work it to your advantage.Shaggy Thanks this. -
I did team dedicated on the Conway account, minneapolis to LA. Was easy ### money, but when the loads cancelled it was hell trying to get something that good again. The hazmat actually helped too. I was working for my buddy who was an owner op though. Real easy to make money running team that way.

I will agree however that the regular OTR pay for teams is not very incentivizing. There are other companies that tend to be more team oriented and swift is not really known for that. But if you are a full team truck they see you as a very valuable asset and you have a lot more bargaining power than a solo truck. You just have to find the right gig to make some real money, but that is easier to do (in my opinion) than when you are solo.

Hey guys, just found out I'll be making 42cpm west/44cpm east as of today. Pretty excited about that. Looks like the raise was 8cpm across the board.

I'm going to orientation in Harrisburg monday the 16th and I was told after training with my mentor, If I went OTR I'd be starting out at 33cpm, when it use to be around 26cpm starting pay. I was told this for van by the way.
