Tell me about Swifts flatbed program.

    I have 9 months exp. And want to try something different to get away from short haul trips and long wait times. I know they have a five day cargo securement class and I'm wondering if it is paid or do you do it for just the knowledge?

    Is any mentoring required after the five day class?

    What is the average length of haul in the flatbed division?

    How are the tractors and the equipment layout?

    Do they provide all of the required PPE?

    Thanks for any info before I call a recruiter.
