    What's the best way to find a partner to team with at swift that is already a driver at swift? Anybody know the best and quickest way?

    Will do I'm new to swift been driving 21 yes but only been here 3 weeks is there any other ways that you know of to search as well as that? I'm open to any suggestions.

    Im not a Swift driver but it does take time.If no one has posted looking for someone to team with then you post an ad.But don't plan on it happening overnight.Maybe ask your dispatcher if anyone is looking for a co driver.

    The fastest way is to inform your DM you want to team. They will likely broadcast a QC message to their fleet indicating someone wants to team.

    Depending on your location there might be team dedicated opportunities. Right now a position for team dedicated is open in JV. Likely the TJX/Marshal's coast to coast run. Not a bad gig.

    I'll follow up and reiterate the best thing to do is inform your DM you want to team. A good team has a lot of value and they will want to get with a good teammate.

    I'll get with them and see what I can't find out from them I'm out of the memphis terminal. Either way it's gonna be harder for me to find one cuz I'm so picky on who I run with. Lol
