Totally predictable and more than likely totally preventable. I-40 west of flagstaff, I could make predictions on where these drivers are from but that wouldn't be "pc" so I won't. Okay, let's have it! All the usual suspects go ahead and chime-in and tell me how this was a tragic accident that was unpreventable.

3 people in the truck; yep, I've noticed that with certain cultures. I once saw 5 climb out of a truck at the Flying-J fuel island in West Memphis; one woman and four men. As soon as they opened the door could smell curry which is a traditional food in their home country. The woman was wearing the tradition dress from that country; red dot between the eyes and all that.

They have a truck driving school in Los Angeles; might be the same one that just got busted buying CDL's from the CA DMV or something like $5K per license for those that couldn't pass the legal way.
