    I have a 1995 International 8100.

The lights on the right side of the instrument cluster don't light up (wait to start, power divider, etc)

The lights on the left side do work (brake warning, low oil/coolant, etc).

I have had the dash apart and resoldered the connections - no change.

I have used a multimeter to find that I do have 12 volts going to the one side of the lights, but they don't light up.

    All bulbs are good.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram I can look at?

    Any ideas out there?

    Fuses are all good.

    Thanks!

Just pick up a new cluster......I tried soldering Mine- Those greenboards suck bad- Never worked the same-

You can go to Adelmans or LKQ and get a used instrument cluster for under $200
