I-64 East about the 50 mm in WV there is two rigs, 1 fedex pulling doubles and a another rig all dog knotted so traffis is backing up fast. Get off Exit 45, go left at light and follow rt 25 down to Institute and get back on.

Just heard on the CB (Ya'll know what that is right?) the 18 hydroplaned and ran into the Fedex truck causing the wreck.
