my air conditioner blows cold and the fan runs like crazy but I can't seem to get any air out of my vents a little bit comes out on the front of the dash and it's cold.. I'm just sick of sweating my ### off all day. I took the cover over the heater core and the copper pipes and fins seem to be clean.. Anybody ever ran into this before

Does you dash get cold? There's some plastic slinky hoses in there that fall apart over time making all kind of leaks behind the dash. I just fixed one, very little air came out of the vents, but the dash itself was very cold because all the A/C was just blowing behind it. It was a real PITA to replace the one going to the drivers feet, it snakes around over the fuse panel.

This is what a dirty evaporator looks like. FLD120 are famous for clogging up. You need to take it to a shop that can recover your freon and take the evaporator out and clean it properly.

Reach your hand in the lower dash vent there a flap way in there that probably is closed you can push that open and if air comes looting out its the upper aviator not functioning properly or one of the hoses is leaking air
