Wondering if you guys had any clue on what the problem could be...My blower motor isn't working. I checked all fuses and they all seem to be fine. When I turn the switch from the off position to Max, floor heat, vents, or defrosters I can hear clicking coming from the fuse box behind the glove compartment, I also hear clicking when I change the speed settings 1-4. Could it be the blower resistor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The power contacts going into the blower motor are shorting out. You will need to get the motor replaced which is located under the passenger seat. Might be a good time to buy a new filter element usually colored blue.
*Edit - Just noticed your truck is a 9100i so the blower motor might be located elsewhere. It's usually under the passenger seat in the 9200i/9400i models. -

I am having a similar problem with my 2001 9400I. Last year my fan quit and I fixed it by putting a new blower motor on. This year I lost all the fan speeds but #4. I put a new motor on today and it still doesn't work on 1,2 or 3. It only works on 4. Any ideas appreciated, thanks!
