Last week came from Texas to Chicago bobtail. Somwere in IL hit huge pothole and had this on display:
×Check fuse,IGN fuse at the next stop.
×Air bag symbol was also displayed in vehicle messages.
I've also had tractor ABS sign illuminated
I have stoped at rest area tured the truck off checked fuses, battery connections and everything was ok. After starting truck back on all messages were gone. Drove to Chicago and didnt work for week(slow with job), started again yesterday and after 2 hours of driving hit some pothole again (nothing to bad). Same messages appeared again. But now I have lost headlights, turn signals, 4 way flashers!
In Fault diagnostic I have 2 faults , one is in
× Instrument Cluster /Component failure -ACTIVE MID140 PSID 235 FMI 12
and second one is in
× Light Control Module/Power supply, ignition key in driving pos. Electrical fault -INACTIVE MID 216 PSID 40 FMI 4.
What I did again was to check all battery connections wires around starter, fuses ( I found out that 3 rows of fuses are not geting power). Switched relays around but to no available. Ended up losing load and coming back to Chicago because I've took power from one of the rows of fuses that had it to the one that didnt have it. This made relays really hot(I dont know if relays supposed to be this hot) and I just drove like this so I can get to Chicago safely with lights and turn signals. I didn want to risk installation fire. Any thoughts, ideas? Any help is appreciated.

Hello
MID 140 PSID 235 - no communication with SRS air bag unit.
MID 216 PSID 40 - problems with MID216 power supply
Ok, how is MID 216 is supplied.
Ignition power - FUSE 65 and wire 196 to pin LC2 12.
battery power of LCM (six red wires), six fuses may be not ok too,
roundel Thanks this. -
Thanks Pablo, I am looking in to it right now. Previous photo that I've posted was main wire from ECM to batteries, I did fix it but that didnt solved the problem,
