I have a 2007 Columbia that has great in cab ac but very weak ac in the bunk.
The front ac has good ac down to about 38 degrees in the center vent with a lot of water coming out of the drain.
The rear bunk gets somewhat cool maybe 58 or 60 degrees with very little water coming out of the drain.
Every thing looks good when I put gauges on it and the engine fan and ac clutch cycles as should.
    Any ideas ?

You get under that bunk, as in looking below the cab to see if it frosted over that pipe?

usually in a Century or similar we relied on the cab air with curtained off glass all around to support the sleeper, whatever it might be putting out, made for a better sleep for us.

I check the pipe under the bunk it gets mildly cool and definitely not cold enough to frost.

If the top suggestions don't help, You probably need the expansion valve replaced under the bunk
