2010 D13 Volvo Vobrations. Please help!

I have a 2012 d13 with same issue not only while accelerating but also worse let of accelerator and the the Jake is on in the 3 position but not 2 or 1. Any ideas on that would really be appreciated because volvo mechanics like we all know are worse than greenhorns say they know but don't know ****!

I just dealt with a nasty vibration..... if you have an I shift with a dual mass flywheel, there is a known problem with those dual mass flywheels (rare on d13, mostly a d16 thing) where they come apart and vibrate the tranny abd driveline. Where do you feel the vibration most, in the tranny or further down the line?

Flywheel rattled and buggered up the input shaft and got a new tranny under warranty at 400k km or 220ish m

It's a long shot but can be easily diagnosed by checking for play and extraordinary wear by looking in the inspection hole.

 

It's an Eaton fuller 10 speed.

It can also be the weak built Volvo engine wire harness.

It's notorious for cracking and not working right causing injector misfire, etc. ...If it's leaking oil from the wire entrance point to motor, it's probably bad.

 

Yep, had both the harness and injectors replaced on mine.

I have 2012 D16 with ishift . I have the same vibration problem and took to the volvo they flywheel need to be replace.
Can you please tell if you have any idea about Tranny.
Will tranny need to be replace as well ?
Is there will. E any damage to the tranny by flywheel vibration.??
Please suggest.
