    I just instaled 0.7 cft 700 watt microwave from walmart and it fits perfect. works from 1500 watt cobra inverter. Showing 990 watt on inverter. Cost $49.99

    And is this model available at any local store? Wal-Mart's website shows local pickup unavailable... My microwave just died and I'm looking for a replacement that will better fit the truck... :/

    It's available at every wlmart i checked in northeast. Usually you can choose white or black.

    Thanks, I'm on the road in MN and the one in Albert Lea was sold out but there's another one 30 miles away that was kind enough to put one of the two they had aside for me until I can get there today.

    I use a towel to wrap the glass turning plate when not in use to keep it from rattling. And i put two pieces of 2X4 about 10 inches long under microwave to keep it elevated. It gives you room to store somethings under it and better clearance for the door.

    I just found this microwave at a local thrift store, its 600 watts and its footprints are 10x10x10 its awesome, but they are discontinued its called the i wave cube [​IMG]
