Lets say you run 3500 miles @ 60%(load pay) which equals $1.04 including FSC:
    3500m x $1.04 = $3640. Now minus $1167 for fuel assuming 6mpg $2473 which = $0.71 per mile to the team.

Lets say you run 3500 miles @ 60%(load pay) which equals $1.22 including FSC:
    3500m x $1.22 = $4270. Now minus $1167 for fuel assuming 6mpg $3103 which = $0.89 per mile to the team.

Pretty good pay if you ask me. Very conservative numbers on the MPG and Miles.

Currently have a partner showing almost 7.3mpg on his last quarter IFTA, not sure how accurate that is put he says it's around that and he is happy. Mostly light loads.

Under my situation I will not be getting any help from XPO on the sign-on. If I did I would offer a lot more.

Like I said $0.71-$0.89 after fuel to the team plus bonuses is nothing to sneeze at. There's lots of companies offering that pay or less than that to their owner operators which have to pay for fuel and a truck payment/maint.

Reason for the high pay and bonuses is because I'm looking for a long term partnership.

Happy and safe Holidays to all!

*Edit* TA/Petro discount would be right around $2.00 per gallon.

We're looking for a long term partnership. We pay good and we pay on time. However you want to call it, it's still a $8000 bonus for the first year then $2000 bonus every year after.

Most companies barely offer a $2000 bonus to start out with and don't even make $0.45 per mile. And if they are W2 then you can knock off 18% every paycheck. So they might clear $0.37 per mile.

Partner with our tiny company and clear more than double.

    "Work smarter not harder"

I'm not being vague or hiding anything in my add. I'm trying to be as straight up as I possibly can.

How to edit my post? I'll edit it to just "Bonus" so there will be no confusion. Thanks. I Didn't know it looked like I was trying to be sneaky.

I'm curious about your w2 comment. Are you trying to say that employees would clear more on a 1099?
