right there behind the ac condenser. is it called the air cooler..or intercooler? anyways...the driver side bottom corner is where its dripping water. it seems its coming from about halfway up...running down and dripping off the corner.
-
Ok, Well, it is normal to have condensation form in the air to air. (intercoolers use engine coolant to cool intake charged air). Check your dipstick for any green/gray snot on it. This will form when coolant mixes with oil in the crankcase.
-
ok. i took a sample of oil to get it checked. this is the results.
he said definitely something is getting in there. the oil was just real dark and thick...but didnt see any milky look to it. i opened oil fill tube and did scrape this crap out with my finger.
one more i did want to add...when i first drained the radiator when i pulled it to get rebuilt...there was about a gallon or 2 of oil that came out after the water and coolant drained. -
Oil into coolant? I would suggest getting the oil cooler checked.

A faulty oil cooler could be the reason you're seeing oil in the radiator.

Remove one of the rocker covers. If you find green/gray snot on the underside you definitely have coolant leaking internally. 3 gallons a day would ruin the oil in one day and show up big time on your analysis. You are likely burning it from a failed injector cup/cracked head. Put your rad pressure tester back on, do not pressurize it. Run the engine up to temp and see if the coolant pressure builds beyond 10 psi before it is up to temp.
