The springs in the front. Good grease there helps prevent the bucking.

On an ag400 just look from the rear of the truck along the bottom of the suspension. Both arms should line up straight.

Know this is an old thread. But I have to ask? Just using a better grease to grease the spring bushings will make a KW ride better? If so I will for sure pick up some of the better grease. And try it out next week. That is if I get the w900L this week.:D

I had a issue with my W 900 "AG400" being too bouncy running heavy but i can't remember the exact adjustment but you can look it up in the search area, with me the adjustment was off and the suspension wasn't stiff enough which caused the truck to bounce.

What about adjusting the height control aka leveling valve? I have a 4 bag Pete air leaf suspension on my W900A. The height control valve was set too high, and caused a bouncy ride. You might have two valves, one for each axle.
Bigguns mentioned the AG460 ride. I concur, definitely loved the AG460. When pulling a lowboy, no matter what was on there, it rode great.

You also mentioned driving in NYC.......I don't care what suspension you have, driving some of those streets guarantee's a bouncy driving experience.
