1996 freightliner classic, detroit. When i slide the blower switch to ac i hear the air release to the vent and it blows air flow fine, (warm air) however the compressor is not coming on. I checked the pressure with a gauge and it reads good on the low side. However the compressor is not engaging. Is there a fuse for the compressor?

Whatever happened with this? Just curious, I'm having an issue with my 2000 Century air conditioning. Air blows, I believe the compressor works and one of the lines outside is very cold but the air inside is warm. Any thoughts?
