What could happen is drivers look out a week or 2 find the best load available book it and fill in between loads with app.
There's been posts on here before of drivers doing just that and then calling in and adding loads so there's no way I'll believe it won't happen now.
Of course no one believed things would change with the rush of new drivers joining choice or the lowering of the standards to join choice.
And as far as a hiring freeze, today I heard a Sirius advertisement for SNI "looking to grow in 2016" and pushing the IC choice both solo and team positions.
But Atleast there's plenty of freight on the board.Pork Chop Express Thanks this. -
Tennman.. What happen? seem to me you don't like choice anymore? You quit posting on your threads,
-
I'm still here, it just seems as if SNI is trying g to see how BAD they can make the program.
I quit posting as much and figured I'd let the newer guys take over. -
I know there's plenty on here who think it's great but as you know it's been getting worse not better.
But it's better than being dispatched.Pork Chop Express Thanks this. -

I know it for a fact.
Don't need to get into the details but the proof is there by things that go on with the load board.Last edited: Feb 2, 2016
TennMan Thanks this. -
My one fear coming over to SNI was they'd let the Choice board get so big drivers would canabolize each other trying to find decent freight. SNI keeps making bank while drivers struggle and keep turning over. It's this starting to come to fruition?

I'm still doing better than Landstar and Mercer drivers I've talked to and that's all I need to know.
Remember even if you lease a truck through SFI you're not stuck here.
If the money becomes bad here vs elsewhere I'm packing buddy!
Schneider is making money leasing trucks also.
If it becomes a crap program nobody will be leasing through them.
After 3 years I would have spent around $120,000 in lease payments and the truck won't be mine (unless I buy it after).
Do the math, they're doing well off that.
For a while they've been limiting O/Os with their own trucks to only 2 per week.. Schneider wants to save space for that lease money baby!Last edited: Feb 2, 2016
