Authority For Sale

    Hi everyone, I have my authority for sale with or without the equipment. The mc is in the 500's, The truck is a 1992 Pete 379 with a cat 3406 , the trailer is a 2014 Fontaine Renegade 48 Double Drop Trailer with a 2017 flip axel. The company is running right now doing heavy haul.

    I never knew you could sell that..... someone explain it to me like i am 5. I am owner op but a lease on. Can i use my own truck and his Authority? My truck is a 2011 bought and paid for. Just never did the whole own Authority thing.

    I don't think you can sell authority.
    Authority is given by the FMCSA when your insurance company sends over documents to them showing you have coverage.
