I have a 2005 T800. My blower motor will run on all levels, AC or heat for a few minutes then shuts off. I replaced the relay, motor, and the switches. I checked wires and conections. Still not staying on. Is there a resistor somewhere that might be bad?

Sounds like maybe a weak fuse breaker
-
Thank for the come back. I figured out the motor runs on the same fuse and relay as the FM and CB radio. They stay on, but the motor shuts off.

How long before it will turn back on
-
Maybe 2-3 minutes

Run direct current to the motor. If it remains on constantly chances are your dash control switch is going bad. I believe the low to high switch is a pentometer.. basically a variable resistor and it might be defective.

Thanks jackal. All switches are new and installed today.

I just read in a old thread I may have a resister in a air duct behind my center console. I will check that.

Im having the same problem. Did you ever resolve this?
-
When mine was doing that. It was the relay, it was getting weak. And would cut out. Let it cool for a little while. And work again for a couple of minutes.
I also cleaned the ground wire on the blower motor. Now will blow and move air like it should.
