CA Speed Limit Sign Petition

As of last night....no, lol!

 

I left the road 2 weeks before the speed limit was set to change. Haven't been to Oregon since.

 

I don't know all the roads, out east they run faster but I run 5 all the time and it is set to 55 the whole way.

 

Yes, I-5 is 55 in Oregon

I'm of the opinion CA won't budge on the speed limit of 55,

 

I drive 7 miles to the DANNON plant where the trucks are parked. Haul 2 loads of sludge waste water from the plant to a farmers field 110 miles north. Park the truck and go home. roughly 10 1/2 hour days. 5 days straight. 2 days off. It's a cut in take home pay to stay home but i can run more if i want. The trucks run all 7 days. I'd have to run 6 days if i want my take home to equal out with the last job.

 

How do we know it's a real petition? And not a scam to get my name, address and email

 

Don't worry about the sign.. chps don't bother you, do 62-63mph with peace of mind.. do 65+ when a longhood Pete passes you by and chase him lol.. has worked for me this far

Oregon is a different beast, I am always scared doing 60there on i5.. but still good this far

 

EPA standards for all 2016+ cars are now the same as California, but most cars since 2001 have met CA standards anyway
