can anybody help with volvo ecm codes

Hello gentlemen.... I have read a lot of info, but did not find the answer. We have Volvo 2005. It's something terrible. Fault codes 144 84 5, 128 84 9. but they are sporadic, sometimes it's run like crazy and no faults at all, sometimes communication error and 1500 rpm like ECM programmed. Replaced: engine harness, checked and reconnect all plugs,relays, fuses, installed new speed sensors, there are two on a gearbox-nothing helped. I understand that it should be electrical issue, but no more ideas. Do anybody have some? Thanks.

mid 128 sid 84 fmi 9, the same mid 144 sid 84 fmi 5...... now truck came back from trip, no faults. may be ECU goes crazy......

 

Check for VSS problems

may be wiring, may be output shaft play, may be magnetic dust on sensor

1996..... TD123 engine usually, Euro-2,

Usually it has injection pump with Bosch M7 EDC.

Can you pull blink codes?

 

Have a Volvo FH13 automatic transmission, had a gearbox breakdown, on the gearbox tower there was a brocken piston, I replace everything with new spares including the clutch unit, but now its failing to calibrate.

 

can you post screenshot from TechTool after calibration fail?

 

Anybody can help with this codes on a 2004 Volvo with ISX and EGR valve?Thank you!

Is this a bad harness or it is a bad ECM or VECU?

 

MID 216 is light control module codes. All on Volvo side nothing to do with the engine. Engine is MID128
