    Caregan transportation out of Richmond in.
    I returned my truck and sooke with the owners son we shook hands told me to my face i would get all my money and thanked me. He said i was a man of my word and told me by friday you shouldhave your money.
    5 months later im still calling. Sent me a third of what im owed and told me to get a lawyer they dont want to talk to me.

    VERY BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR.
    Bad equipment, road and health hazard.

    What was the reason they gave for keeping your money? Were they holding escrow or did they keep pay? Did you sign something that allowed them to keep pay? If not, they illegally kept it.
