    Yup.

    Companies that are so bad if they didnt have 30 new people in to "train" each and every week they wouldnt have any drivers at all.

    Trucking schools that just herd students in and out like cattle. No regard to quality training. Just want the funds no matter the situation.

    In terms of schooling unfortunately there are a ton of them out there who just want the money and could care less of the drivers they produce. During the first week of orientation the trainers asked where we went to school and a view of them they nodded and replied it was a good school however the others came from schools with a less than stellar reputation and at the end of the first week it was pretty obvious which schools were only in it for the cash

    does CR England train also, wondering being as far down the ladder as they are how they can get that many new drivers every week w/o a school
